Automatic Ozone Reactor

The O-Flow-S10 fully automatic ozone reactor consists of a raw material pump, a reducing agent infusion pump, an air-liquid micro-mixing device, a micro-packed bed reactor, an online ozone detector, and an ozone software control system. Through the closed-loop control of system interconnection, it realizes fully automatic ozone-related reactions. This equipment is a highly reliable device based on micro-reaction technology.

Features

  • The patented gas-liquid micro-mixing technology enables two-step, second-level continuous reactions within seconds for ozonation and reduction processes.

  • The ozone reaction can be completed under a low pressure of 0.1 MPa, ensuring absolute safety of the reaction.

  • The reaction temperature is mild and no cryogenic treatment (from -40℃ to 10℃) is required.

  • An internal dual ozone detector is installed to continuously monitor the ozone concentration at the inlet and outlet, and automatically adjust the dosage of the reducing agent based on the ozone concentration at the outlet.

  • The fully automatic closed-loop control system combines active safety with passive safety, further ensuring the safety during the operation of the equipment.
